I left the free version of Stessa a couple years ago because of constant failed connection issues with my linked banks and credit cards.

Best bet is to go talk with some local banks and commercial lenders bc most likely that's not gonna fly on any kind of conventional loan.

@Rashim Sharma your biggest challenge will actually be finding a lender.There are two banks that have offices in USA and Detroit that often will lend to Canadians buying in the USA.Can refer you to a Tax Attorney here is the US that has hundreds of Canadian clients with US properties:)

Normally speaking, only banks give long term financing.

Do you know that most people have about $1k in their bank accounts and the average american has about $5k in CC debt… You are doing well my friend and time you appreciate yourself for it!

He got 124k back from the bank and his house cash flows $600/month.

One - the bank doesn't want to use the income in the pro forma, suffocating my DSCR.
