Hey team,
I want to know my options being a Canadian citizen if I can buy real estate near my border city Detroit, MI. Will it be a good option to buy? Will income tax be very high? What should I be aware of if I am doing the purchase?

@Rashim Sharma your biggest challenge will actually be finding a lender.
There are two banks that have offices in USA and Detroit that often will lend to Canadians buying in the USA.
