Where the Magic Happens: It’s time to seek out collaborators, and to gain leverage by leveraging other people and their expertise.

Would love to hear more about yourself/your business and see how we may be of benefit to one another through some level of collaboration.

Also interested in partnerships, if there's anybody out there interested in collaborating. 

The learning curve is pretty steep :-) One Idea is also to find a retired GC , or some one even out of state ( you know where to go to find these people - Yep BP:-)) .Read through posts and you will find contractors who are balanced and willing to work collaboratively , I consulted with some ( ofcourse paid ) and was able to get good suggestions .I am always willing to spend money on good advice and consultation .
