This woman is using negotiating tactics as one would expect, but hers seem not to good in my opinion.

I rented to a young woman with 2 kids , nice person , she called me and said she lost her job and cant pay the rent .

She's a smart woman, and you would be wise to follow any of her advice, provided of course that you are in compliance with the laws of your state. 

I recieved a call from a woman who was somewhat interested in selling her property . here are the details.

After going through showings and application, my business partner told a woman she would not relist the house (would pull the listing from Craigslist) if woman put down $500 good faith money to hold the place (rent is $1400/mo).

Here are the details.The resident is a 92 year old woman, and her son owns the house.  

Just an update- I decided to pass on this house because after doing some more research on the property, I found out the son of the woman that was brutally murdered in the house died in the same house 2 years later at the age of 54.
