Hello everyone,

Greetings from the sunniest place in America! I'm a newbie studying for the Arizona RE exam. I plan to start working nights and weekends in the beginning of August with an experienced Tempe agent and house flipper who is just now opening a brokerage.

in 2012, after graduating from Hillsdale College, I moved from Michigan to Phoenix. A few weeks later, I met the woman who would become my wife, and my life changed in a way I couldn't have imagined. We married back in December 2014.

As my career progresses, I would like to build a portfolio of investments (multifamily and mixed-use buildings interest me most) to provide income as our family grows.

Major thanks to all for the huge base of helpful knowledge and goodwill on these forums!

Best regards,

Scott
