Take also into consideration that most wholesalers in your area are going to hit this same pre-foreclosure list, so my advice would be to work on other types of lists (probates, tired landlords, out of state + vacant...)+ foreclosure are still on hold in most states and with the administrative backlog, it's not gonna change anytime soon.
