Newbie in wholesaling pre foreclosure
Hello everyone,
I’m new in the wholesaling business and found high interest in pre foreclosure properties. When viewing the details of a potential property I can wholesale, and there is an outstanding balance the homeowner is behind on is the end buyer responsible for paying the amount of default for the property? As of what’s old on the property? I apologize in advance if this a silly question to most, but believe me YouTube or Google didn’t not answer this question firmly for me. Thanks
