So, I've officially on boarded with Exp here in HI, I didn't expect the signing up and all that other on boarding stuff can take so long to do!

If you read the 1-star reviews on BBB for Loopnet, for example, it's a bunch of apartment renters pissed that their water heater is broken and stuff like that.

We never stress about remembering the color, or having stuff go to waste!    

Tax treatment on short term stuff is an issue. 

Include their affiliate links in your pre-arrival emails, digital guidebooks, or a guest app, if you use one.

And it's definitely more private to have them in another duplex unit that a bedroom in your home.Speaking as a married man with a 3 year old, the time to ask him to do something he's not onboard with (for privacy reasons) is NOT when a new bundle of joy arrives.

The cost to "evict" may actually be 1/20th since 'stuff' doesn't have tenant's rights the way a residential tenant does, but the entire other basked of 'stuff' to deal with seems like it might be closer to 1/2 or 75% of the 'normal' level of time/attention/etc that you as the landlord have to deal with.... but you're only getting 1/20th the income.Unless of course you are going to tie these to the 7 units themselves, and moving forward every time there is a vacancy, include the storage with the unit as a bundled pair, and increase the rent accordingly.
