How should I screen the agent who might partner with me on this deal?

I understand there are many requirements for the property and I would be extremely strategic in the property and screening tenants. 

I will screen and background them as I do all new tenants but looking for some advice as to whether it is advisable to add a non-financially responsible tenant to the lease.

We are on the minimum plan with four rentals and don't see the value in paying $180 a year to collect rents, payout rents more than a week later, and screen tenants when we have turnover. 

Depending on the endeavor, your still have potential origination, closing cost, reserves of different size(deal type dependent) and other applicable fees/costs.

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of the screen and look for local investors or meetups in your area.

Most of my screening comes from gumshoing social media, web court searches and following up on references.

If you have strong screening criteria, someone who is qualified should be just fine.

Here are several. this is just a small sample size but this does not mean its everywhere etc. but definitely seeing a lot of fix and flip loans in default getting sold.

And as my target tenants are traveling and may not always have access to a larger computer screen that is something I will look into prior to the next tenant.Good luck, and thank you so much for the information.
