In a well maintained co-op with an onsite superintendent (the best), laundry room, storage unit, short distance to the public transportation 6 trains and buses (:30 minute Express train to midtown Manhattan), a block away from all shopping Macy's, Starbucks, Blink Fitness, restaurants and nearby parks.

@Kalina Carey I have 2 Multi’s in Hudson County, NJ so far. 4 Fam in Bayonne and a 3 Fam in North Bergen, Self Managed.Vacancies take about 3 days to fill(Zillow and Facebook), mostly because of the Commute into Manhattan being so close.
