Newbie here, lol.I currently own a co-op apartment in Manhattan and I’m looking to sell it and buy an investment property (multifamily home) in Brooklyn.

In a well maintained co-op with an onsite superintendent (the best), laundry room, storage unit, short distance to the public transportation 6 trains and buses (:30 minute Express train to midtown Manhattan), a block away from all shopping Macy's, Starbucks, Blink Fitness, restaurants and nearby parks.

For example, If I wanted to be notified via email every time someone mentioned Manhattan, how would I set that up?

If you are wanting to live in Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and the nicer areas of Los Angeles then yes it is harder to cash flow.

@Kalina Carey I have 2 Multi’s in Hudson County, NJ so far. 4 Fam in Bayonne and a 3 Fam in North Bergen, Self Managed.Vacancies take about 3 days to fill(Zillow and Facebook), mostly because of the Commute into Manhattan being so close.

I'm a property manager in NYC, but downtown Manhattan so our market is super expensive.
