Getting the most out of BP Forum

Hi all- this is not RE question, but I was curious if anyone new a way to get an email notification every time a keyword or phrase was used in one of the BP Forums. For example, If I wanted to be notified via email every time someone mentioned Manhattan, how would I set that up?
