New Anti-Flipping Law proposed in New York

I just posted an article on LinkedIn that is very pertinent to all NYC real estate members.  The State Senate is proposing an additional tax on home flippers in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens & Staten Island).  I've outlined my opinions in the article, and think it is important that all RE professionals in New York as a whole voice their opinion to their state senator on this matter.  Links on how to do so can be found at the end of the post.  This could be another blow to the industry in the vein on the rent regulation act recently passed.

I totally agree, these are major changes that affect everyone in and around the industry.
