If you've purchased in NYC (any of the 5 boroughs  Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Bronx)  and have successfully house hacked would love to talk with you about your experience.

Thanks Russell! I am up in New Rochelle, just outside of the Bronx. Taxes are worse here but the prices can be a little easier than some of the boroughs. Happy to chat any time.
