Mentoring is welcomed!

I am a tad late to this conversation but as an experienced investor, I wanted to touch on several comments in this thread, I will do my best to remember them all.Build your team first (of course this comes after educating yourself on the specific strategy you intend to do with books, BP, mentor, RE group meet ups, etc).

I started investing with a mentor 10 acres and after a few years of buying more 10 acres I would go down to county records and look my name up to see my name on all the parcels that I owned I was so proud.

I have been blessed that over 30 years ago I was introduced to my mentor and he taught me the land business.  

If you can avoid paying the high fees do it.You can use opm, work alongside a mentor, or whole sale and still make money with little to no money down.

Find a mentor just like a trainer, you will be good at anything you have discipline that cannot be taught.
