I think if the REIAs  acknowledge they are taking a kickback then I guess that is OK.. but the ones here in Oregon I dont think man folks understand that is happening.. as the guys running it will start talking about how great the program is and they will be the first one to sign up.

I do get the attraction though from folks who think they can make big money quick..

that seems to work for us.. very few if any folks on public assistance or other means have those type of credit scores. takes us a month or two to find a suitable tenant. 

Folks,For one of my rentals the rent is around $5k per month.

New folks also struggle looking for easy riches.

Enough folks have held on for the last two years in anticipation of rates being cut in half.

It probably could address some basic questions and maybe you could find some folks in your area to network with.
