As for the Kitchen - rip up the linoleum and put LVP, paint the cabinets and add new granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, paint the walls and, like every room add new light fixtures and outlet covers and switch covers.

SOW includes new plank vinyl flooring where necessary (a lot of it has been recently installed), new paint including cabinets, new stone countertops in kitchen and bath, tile shower, and new plumbing and light fixtures.

I've given away old mirrors, light fixtures, cabinets, vanities, anything that is metal or can be recycled, window treatments, I've sold kitchen cabinets, counter tops, anything left behind by the sellers: sofas, old lawn mower, rugs, lamps, old appliances even the kitchen sink!

We got it for a good price and Thomas tore everything out from the pink & blue carpet, blue laminate counter tops, lavender wallpaper and 1980's appliances to be replaced with stainless steel, granite countertops throughout, new flooring etc.
