Let me give you some context:With a minimal marketing budget in 2014 (read $0), I did not have the luxury of launching big campaigns, taking out ads, etc.

You'll learn a ton and have a much better idea of how effective your campaign is (response rate, quality of leads, quality of deals).I noticed you would like to move into buy and hold rentals but maybe feel that you need to wholesale in order to generate enough cash to do this.  

Many landlords, like myself, that jumped on the Help The Victims Campaign, are displeased with Fema feeding rent checks thru a straw.

in the meantime - we've discussed our strategy for the next 6 months - and we're going to start a campaign for wholesaling residential homes, locally.

I would also make sure you are ready to act once you do get some response from who you are marketing to.It would seem silly to spend a lot of time and money on a marketing campaign to get responses and have no money to buy the notes or not really know how much you should pay for it.

With the market shift, I was thinking about some different marketing campaigns.

Another way is to do one of those "I Buy Houses" bandit sign campaigns and see what kind of results you get from that.

Push on forward.If you can't get the telephone number, go ahead and start the paper campaign. postcards, leaflets and letters.
