Hi,
I am totally new in this field and I am not an investor.
My landlord is an investor and from him I learn few words like foreclosure etc.

so I started learning and now I am at a point where I know few things. I am now trying to just buy a house for myself using this method(pre-foreclosure).

My problem is I can't find the phone of these people who's house is on foreclosure so that I can call and make an offer.

What should I do?
