Hello BP community members,I'm a long-time BP lurker having browsed the discussion forums numerous times in the past but finally decided to sign up and join the community as a small step towards RE investment action.I relocated from the south Texas McAllen/Rio Grande Valley area, where 4plexes are abundant, back up to DFW within the last year.

Go to the browse forums tab and  look for the real estate strategies then go to Real estate wholesaling.

Just from browsing the site I know that there's a ton that one can learn on any given subject.

I have been browsing the Forums a little and was looking for some metrics to evaluate and even (to some extent) attempt to predict how a real estate market is doing on a general basis.

I have used RentecDirect since 2009 and I really enjoy it - it is cheap, has a great interface, tons of features (that I rarely take advantage of), and it continues to get better almost every time I log on (they show you any new features added since last logon on your home page).Check it out

Approaching someone who has a home that is evicting a tenant is a good target for a direct mail campaign.In Indianapolis, we can also browse the enforcement database.

I did finally capitulate with Pages and Numbers, converting to Word and Excel so that I can better interface with others in my company and with Docusign. 

I am going to browse through the forum first to educate myself on how best to finance an apartment complex.

Usually this fixes most browsing problems.
