My husband is in the military which has bounced us around quite a bit (DC, SC, NJ, CA, NJ) giving breadth to my knowledge of the industry.  

Personally I don't like to rely on overdraft protection:  it feels like a form of check bouncing.  

They give you the check last minute and surprise it bounces, you never see another dollar and eviction is necessary.

Con: I break out into hives at the mere suggestion of paperwork.Pro: Most of this "paperwork" has to be fillable online forms anymore with little yellow highlighted areas and bouncing red pointers that I just "auto sign", right?

I bounced between here and home after high school but once I finished college, I came back here and would like to stay.

So, I'm currently browsing all the easy listing engines, zillow, realtor, the rest, trying to get a feel for what's available, what things are priced at etc... and simultaneously bouncing that off an interesting recent experience of my own.

All on the same roller coaster, but each individual car can bounce a little this way or that.

She also runs a CEO ThinkTank that I attend as well, which is priceless to bounce ideas off of, network, etc. 

Professionally, I'm a qualified insurance broker, though outside of profession i'm an aspiring amateur jazz guitarist and muay thai fighter.Let's see what comes out of this crazy real estate dream:-Real estate goal: From scratch build a 1.5 million pound real estate portfolio in London (UK)  and England.Timeline : within the next 5 years.Strategy: A) Type- Multifamily units,  apartments B) Tactic- Buy and Hold, House Hacking C)Financing- Conventional mortgages, partnerships, private money As of now I'm currently seeking mentors and experienced investors (preferably local) to bounce ideas off and possibly partner with moving forward.I am also working on improving my ability to analyze and select good deals on a consistent basis.Look forward to interacting with you all in the near future,Many thanks,Mayo
