New here from Tempe AZ
Hi all,
My name is Kevin and I'm out here in Tempe AZ. I'm looking to either buy my first house for a fix and flip or a duplex or triplex in the Phoenix metro area. Eventually, I'd like to have enough rental properties where I would be able to then focus on fix and flips to further elevate the business, while still purchasing a few rentals to keep padding my cash flow. My challenges right now have been just finding my first opportunity. I'm looking for anything around 150k for a duplex, maybe a little bit more for a house. Phoenix metro inventory is incredibly low right now at the moment, but I'll keep looking until I can find something that works.
Any pointers or fellow BPers out here in the area looking to connect or just say hi are welcome! Best of luck to all!

@Ryan Swan No, I went to school back home in Buffalo NY. I bounced between here and home after high school but once I finished college, I came back here and would like to stay. Too cold back home. And I completely agree about Tempe now, especially with downtown Tempe now actually becoming a real HQ for big businesses. And that's great you were able to help those clients, maybe the market is so dry?
@Elvis Dur I've actually really considered that. I'm from Buffalo and have was looking at owning some duplexes out there as my uncle and cousin do. It's one thing to hear about it on the podcasts managing from across the country but what does that look like on a day to day for you??
@Matt Motil Thanks Matt! Trying to brush up with as many books as I can recently, most from the BP store but I have a few others too. Hopefully while doing that I can find a good opportunity soon.
@Rob Drum Thanks Rob! Hopefully sooner than later!
