You'll never believe what you can find behind 100 year old walls.But it was still cheaper then a Bachelors degree in Real Estate (if there is such a thing) and twice as valuable.Fast forward 12 years and I'm financially free with over 110 doors.Bottom line: stick to it my friend.  800 bucks is nothing.
