Military -> Moving to...House Hacking in Albuquerque

Good Evening Everyone!

My name is Nate and I am eager to hit the ground running because I need a place to live!

Brief background:  17 years in the Air Force and Moving/PCSing to Albuquerque. I am married, but due to family/personal reasons I am going bachelor style to Albuquerque.  This give me some great opportunities that were previously more difficult with a family in tow!

Would love to Househack a duplex to quadplex, but if unable to find one where the numbers work then maybe a Live-IN BRRRR of a townhome or single family home.

I am trying to leave my options open, but the bottom line is.....I need to be able to live in it.  I have lots of experience with home DIY and should have plenty of time to make it happen!

Hello Albuquerque!
