If someone is disabled and requires a wheelchair ramp, they have to request that and the Landlord has to determine if that is a "reasonable accommodation" or not.

It's very niche, but the house is fully equipped for handicap access — typically split level house custom built with one main level, stair lifts to basement, wheel chair lift in garage, wide halls/doorways, railings throughout house, etc.

I'm not sure about that roll-in shower, that would be a major remodel plus neither tenant is handicap or require a wheelchair.
