If a tenant has anxiety and their Dr. prescribes them an ESA, you have to still treat it as you would a wheelchair and cannot charge a deposit, fee, etc.... 

It’s extremely durable and long-lasting and can withstand heavy foot traffic and even wheelchairs.

I still use a power wheelchair to get around, but I won't let that embarrass me or stop me any longer.

If someone is disabled and requires a wheelchair ramp, they have to request that and the Landlord has to determine if that is a "reasonable accommodation" or not.

It's very niche, but the house is fully equipped for handicap access — typically split level house custom built with one main level, stair lifts to basement, wheel chair lift in garage, wide halls/doorways, railings throughout house, etc.  

As far as my current work, I am currently an ATP (assistive technology professional) and I help patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or at home get custom power and manual wheelchairs to increased their independence with their daily activities.

I've seen a lot of similar things.Obviously the intent is this allows greater access for people with disabilities, for example a wheel chair. 

I'm not sure about that roll-in shower, that would be a major remodel plus neither tenant is handicap or require a wheelchair.
