Renting out a handicap friendly single family home - SW Chicago
Good Morning Group!
Aside from a rental property I have in Chicago currently, I have a house that I'm in the early stages of advertising to rent out down in the Mokena/Tinley Park area. It's very niche, but the house is fully equipped for handicap access — typically split level house custom built with one main level, stair lifts to basement, wheel chair lift in garage, wide halls/doorways, railings throughout house, etc. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on how to go about advertising for this specific opportunity that could be perfect for a family needing to rent out rather than equipping their house with all the necessary equipment.
I appreciate any help in advance!
Ben
