If one of those is true, my usual recommendation to my CFO clients is to start in those markets.

@Charlie Green Sounds like you have a knack for finding the diamonds in the rough (I have a similar client in KC).

A client can close on a new property with us in less than 45 days so no long closing or pre construction risk anymore with our program.
