I started wondering if there was a way I could pre-record a message and then have a program put it on thousands of voicemails.

Call text email Imagine calling all inbound prospects automatically using prerecorded messages. 

(so "Helo i mr. mark, we were interested in speaking with you about your property at 111 somestreet...blah...blah,..) instead of  ("Helo there I wanted to speak with you because I buy houses and... impersonal, impersonal, everyone gets same prerecorded crap"), each user can drop up to 25k emails per day...from my smtp servers with their IP'sI'd get into the twilio api functionality.. but..only a couple property guys use my software...im sure more would  but, I am not allowed to accept new user... 

Heck I can live call someone and if i hear their voicemail click a button and leave a pre-recorded message on their phone and go to the next call which makes cold calling so much easier.As for scripts, they're like the message on postcards.

The FTC says,"Some prerecorded messages are permitted under these rules.

However given COVID circumstances is certainly reasonable to consider alternate options previously suggested like the interior tour video (either pre-recorded or real time via skype/zoom chat or something)Even if your landlord won't negotiate you can try approaching the listing RE agent directly to let the know your concerns and propose creating the tour video.

To avoid many of these pointless phone calls we have a google phone number with a pre recorded messageThank you for calling about the house at 133 Elm street.  

I've heard folks on the podcasts saying they screen calls by having people leave messages or use an answering service or pre-recorded message.  

But I randomly went to the webinar address today and caught the second half of it (I'm positive it was pre recorded).
