If we both work full time...
If my husband and I both work full time jobs, how do we handle the phone calls we will receive after a consistent marketing campaign? I've heard folks on the podcasts saying they screen calls by having people leave messages or use an answering service or pre-recorded message. What has worked for you?
Also, when two people work full time and want to fix and flip, is our money better spent on contractors who will do the work while we are at work? If we plan on investing locally, we could go check on the properties and the rehabbing daily if need be. Has anyone else had this experience?
After we get our business off the ground, I'd love to go part-time and then do the rehabbing/overseeing part time. Anyone else do this?
Thanks! (I'm also reading some other posts that showed up as related to mine.)
