I personally love the Android market and have found great usage in Google Voice because it's interconnected with a service I already use for email.We can name products once purported to increase efficiency; automobile, computer, microwave.

Hi @Yuriy Skripnichenko,  It has always been mine and my partners rule to leave instructions for anything mechanical we provide, such as smoke detectors, microwave, etc., in the units for the tenants.  

While I've never done it, it seems to me like the wholesalers are kind of like consignment shops for real estate (ducking to avoid someone throwing a microwave at me).Since it seems like you're in it, any chance you can hold it for a while and allow the rental income to float you, until you find a buyer? 

But who was filming me last week when I installed a heavy convection/microwave oven ovet the stove by myself.

So far the damage includes the air conditioner, brand new refrigerator, brand new stove, brand new microwave and several ceiling fans.

The oven range does not come with a range hood, so I'm considering installing a recirculating microwave on top of the range or a ductless recirculating range hood.

I would want a leaking refrigerator fixed, a microwave that heats, and the squirrels out of the attic.

If I were renting out rooms in my house I'd probably provide them with a mini fridge and microwave.

Perhaps you can put a mini fridge and microwave in each one, rent each bedroom out long-term as corporate rentals to all the tech heads coming to town to work.
