They key would be to find like minded professionals that have an interest in being part of an ecosystem and would approach business in the same way.  2) How do I attract individuals / companies - Initially it would be like this, reaching out to my network (I've been doing this in LA for almost 25 years)  and to networking sites, like Bigger Pockets to find small shops and independent entrepreneurs who would benefit from a social network in their field and have small space requirements.

That's how I came to RE and BP...the latest episode with Bob Malecki got me very intrigued with notes.Now that I've read a whole lot about performing, NPNs, all the ways that it's finance and not RE, the myriad things you need to know about each level of the note ecosystem and the laws that apply to each place, etc...I'm not scared off!

There's still a lot of space to develop and re-develop, so I don't see the market "peaking" too soon... probably just increase at a slower (healthier) rate than past couple years
