2016: Make Quality Relationships & Expand Business Like Crazy

Some people need more help creating goals than others. I'm going to share some of mine, and hopefully I can inspire other young investors and even the most successful of entrepreneurs who read this.

Here are my goals for 2016:

1. Close on the house I've been selling for 2 months. In unprecedented manner, I had 3 buyers fall through on one property, and I'm still in the process of selling it! It will sell EARLY in 2016. :)

2. Spend time investing into other people. There are numerous people who even I (a new investor) can help out with what I've learned. I want to make friendships this way, through helping others out.

3. Meet great business associates. This isn't like corporate America, where you meet the other rats in the race... As a business owner, you choose who you do or don't meet! I will be intentional in making relationships start and GROW with people of a like mind as me. Not only will this greatly benefit my business, but also my personal life. What is the point of everything if you do it all alone?

4. Automate my system. I'm working with Ron Keene to create a system in Podio that will automate virtually everything that can be automated. It's exciting! Took a month off from other business functions to allow room for growth in the systems aspect.

5. Hire another VA. To be able to do this, I will have to have a stupendous system in place, and I will have to have a proven business model. No more "startup craziness." Of course, I will never lose the spice of life...but to do this, I will have had to advance my business systems substantially, as well as develop myself as a leader more. Both of those things excite me.

Notice I didn't state my monetary goals?? :) [the numbers wouldn't inspire successful entrepreneurs.] Hahaha

CHEERS!
