@Andy Collins I saw your post and hopefully you weren't bombarded w/ request for mentorships, but I had to ask if you were still open to the idea.

But I figured it's best I don't bombard you all right from the start. :)I think that's all.

@James Dow the island of Eleuthera is awesome if you want an island where the pace is slow, the beaches are long, and you can relax without the touristy bombardments.

I was trying to veer away from "I'll buy your home with cash", etc, because I figured these people probably get bombarded with these letters.I might revise the video...thanks.

In the end, I was actually able to talk to a few homeowners that didnt understand what was happening to them by the county and walked them through a plan to save their house....no charge of course, just being a nice citizen when the system was bombarding them with the tax lien that they didnt understand.

However, I am very concerned about wholesaling the proper way.I've listened to people at seminars, seen wholesale leads bombarding my email, read a guides, and watched webinars, but I can't seem to find a practice that truly seems comfortable and legal.I understand the general process, put a property under contract, and sell the contract.

I was constantly bombarded with people left and right trying to rent my last two places, and honestly after sifting through less than 10 applicants I've been able to place two families with zero issues (knock on wood) so far.Using the City Auditor tool it seems the owner has many more properties throughout and is liquidating everything. 

., You gotta to be prepared and bombard them with information.
