I think they are good for cash flow On the west side I want to say Strawberry Mansion could see some gentrification in the coming years, but you really need to get in touch with a few local agents and PMs who can give you a more realistic feel for the neighborhoods.Good LuckKunal M.

It's still a reasonable commute to Tampa, but you can buy a small farm (10 acres or less) and grow strawberries (or whatever else will grow).
