It's been quite slow.

It's not quite as profitable as doing AirBNB yourself, but at least it's a stable income. 

It looks like there's quite a few regulations in place at least in Nashville, IN (not sure about Bloomington).

As our team has grown, it's become easier to cover responsibilities if someone quits, goes on vacation, or if we terminate employment, compared to when we had one or two homes. 

I got started with BP as well and quit my job in 2024. 

Where another issue arrises is I recently quit my job after becoming pregnant as they would not cover my maternity while overseas, my husband is employed however he works for a UK company and is British so would be unlikely to help us with the situation in the US.

In Texas there are quite a number of people with work permits that do not have socials.

Hi @Christopher J Driscoll I am doing something quite similar to your approach, my ADU permit should be approved quite soon, I am still waiting on my last LADWP clearance.

It likely is out of date as to cost as this info is quite old (my guess is 5 years but it could be longer):- Rent Recovery Service: offers flat fee service starting at $20. 3 letters start at $30.

@John Lasheri agree with you, you'd be surprised at how many people listen to Grant Cardone though, and decide that they're going to go buy a 100 unit with 'OPM' as their first deal and quit their job.i think buying something of that size with a few partners is a perfectly good goal.
