I did price one out just before Christmas that had far more reasonable terms than I've seen in a while. 

The Christmas party basically turns into an Irish Pub and people drink heavily.

For Christmas I put up Christmas lights she called me screaming and yelling and telling me there's no alterations to the home.

I would like to have my townhouse back hopefully by Christmas time and am hoping to find a company that is okay with leasing it out between 6-9 months.
