Property management company ideas
Could someone please recommend a good property management company in the Atlanta area? I may want to lease my primary 1 bedroom townhouse in Chastain Park starting in the next month or two while I am away for work. I would like to have my townhouse back hopefully by Christmas time and am hoping to find a company that is okay with leasing it out between 6-9 months. Currently I am looking at "Your In Town Home" , "Vision Realty Management" just based on the google reviews but would love to get some ideas based on anyone else's personal experience. Because the cash flow isn't that great due to HOA, I am hoping to find a PM who is competitively priced with their fees without sacrificing quality. I would like to hire a good PM to outsource tasks such as screening for a tenant, collecting rent and dealing with all tenant concerns that would personally give me a headache. Thanks so much for your help!

@Yates Harris, have you reviewed the HOA bylaws to see if leases of less than 12 months are permitted in your community? Most HOA communities in affluent areas such as Chastain Park are strict regarding lease structure. Before consulting with property managers, I advise checking in with the HOA managing member to discuss this matter. If you get the green light from them, I'd happily recommend a few PMs I've worked with.
Furthermore, be careful what you ask for. A discounted PM means discounted services or lack thereof. Unfortunately, that's the tradeoff regarding saving on management costs.
