Joel: After seeing what you wrote I agree, (some people might not agree with me on this) only with my past company I owned I hired a PA (personal assistant) out of Philippines do to all kinds of office work. 

The problem is, I can’t list it and sign a PA with someone else when I don’t actually hold title.

You can't AP a property with an existing remainderman.

You get a PA letter for single family or 2-4 unit properties.  

If you have a title office that has completed assignments or double closings before they shouldn't care if it's on a TREC or a PA.

Each association does a good job of putting together a PA and it is looked over by lawyers and if your a realtor they will defend it in court for you.
