How to list a flip house when it’s not in my name
I purchased a home to flip with a purchase agreement (pa). It was set up that I would take immediate possession and close at a future date. The seller Carried the mortgage for 60 days. I am now (after 60 days) covering the mortgage, taxes, insurance... I just finished the project and I’m ready to list it. The problem is, I can’t list it and sign a PA with someone else when I don’t actually hold title.
How do people go about this? I feel like I should’ve done a land contract instead.
Thanks for any help.
