Texas Wholesale Contract and Closing

Hi all, any investors in the Texas market doing wholesaling? I am looking to gain some clarity which contract is ok to use. Are you having more success at title with the TREC and if so, do you have a template? Or, are you just assigning the contract and doing double closings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Jakerria S. yeah, any contract would be ok but I have seen MORE transactions using the TREC with the home owner, then the buyer of that home signs a "custom" assignment form/contract with the wholesaler.
