When we first went live (with a property management company), most of our bookings came from AirBnb.

I work for a wholesale company that does 10-15 deals/mo in Alabama.

The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

Does anyone hear have any experience with either of these companies? 

There are definitely some hiccups with it being a small company, but I do have to say that their response time on tickets is really fast.
