Hello Folks - My name is Ercilio De La Cruz (Rob). I am a new investor looking for opportunities to invest in real estate, especially wholesaling, rental properties, and fix and flip. I live in Boston, but I was advised to start my real estate business elsewhere as Boston is very competitive. So, for now, I will focus on Rhode Island, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Also, I'm looking to form a power team in each of the states mentioned. Besides that, I have a credit repair and funding company that helps entrepreneurs get their businesses going.
