Hello Folks - My name is Ercilio De La Cruz (Rob). I am a new investor looking for opportunities to invest in real estate, especially wholesaling, rental properties, and fix and flip. I live in Boston, but I was advised to start my real estate business elsewhere as Boston is very competitive. So, for now, I will focus on Rhode Island, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Also, I'm looking to form a power team in each of the states mentioned. Besides that, I have a credit repair and funding company that helps entrepreneurs get their businesses going. If you need working capital, commercial credit cards, or help fixing your credit to get funded, I'm open to helping. Also, I'm a civil engineering expert in Building Information Modeling.
