It’s pretty rotten if you’re just using it for a few isolated tasks, because absolutely, it doesn’t do any one thing perfectly and it’s not as fast as other apps.It really starts to show its brilliance once you start using it as your default bookmark/webclip app, notetaker, recipe box, repository of all your reference material, and so on.

There is a lot of corporate maintenance, accounting, etc. and rules that must be observed to maintain the integrity of an LLC, but they are simple once you've learned them.As in Texas, Utah also benefits from Series, LLCs which allowed risk stemming from properties to be isolated to each respective property, so that a tenant in one property may not sue for the assets of the entire portfolio, but only for that single property in which they were injured.

I like how @Marcia Maynard handles the issue with a potential tenant - basing her decision to rent to them on the tenant's decision as to whether they have, or will, make good with their former landlord and that it was an isolated incident.

Like all entities though, strict accounting practices are essential to isolate you from the entity, very important to keep the vail intact. llc's are subject to charging orders so the veil can be breached.
