LLC vs. Corporation?
Can someone please explain why it is better to form an LLC rather than Incorporating when starting a real estate investing business?

You've gone too deep on BP. Talk to your CPA and close the laptop lol
An LLC is an entitiy for protection. No tax benefit.
S corp is a taxation treatment, can be a great benefit in flipping.
However- It all depends on YOUR circumstances. There are circumstances where other entities make way more sense.
