@Marc Jolicoeur Thanks I'm a NYC girl so I feel more at home in the city areas and also like the upside potential more but Burbs might be a consideration.

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!

Anyways I work 6-5 at a low paying construction company supporting my wife and newborn baby girl.

I work with a wonderful female small business owner in MI who now cleans 4 of our rentals on a regular basis. she and her "girls" are invaluable to our operation.

We do have rooms that aren't being used since my two kids prefer to share a room, but I wouldn't even consider having strangers in my house around my wife and two girls.
