Hi i am looking to start a Maid service business and looking for a few ideas how to market. I am looking to work with investors landlords, & property management companies to help with house cleaning after tenants have moved out and they are preparing to rent for new tenancy. Or investors who just bought a investment and might need help shinning the place up. Looking for recommendations on how to find these type of investors All knowledge will be gladly appreciated. Thank you

@Tee Allen Go to craigslist and call all landlords that are advertising vacancies. You will pick up a lot of business and keep it if your prices are reasonable , reliable and the service is good. I would use you but you would need to travel 2500 miles. Also go to any local investor groups that usually meet once a month and take some business cards.
