@Jay Hinrichs ...Basically, this is the only company(FNAC)...some information out there, but wanted to know if an BP experience...Local investors believe note buying ended with mortgage crisis...I believe it's viable, but need to make connection with real players.....

The good thing is that the big players are scared of the cycle so there is room for the little guy to make it.

It is also a great place to network with real players in that market.

There are always big and small players there.

There are not many lenders in my area that lend on spec builds unless you are a big player and I am not.

I hope that I am able to contribute.I'm an avid guitar player....guitar is my thing. 

Rebuilt my mindset, took on a great business partner, brought on a couple of aggressive bird dogs/wholesalers as students and business partners and picked up a few other team players and now growing at a nice pace. 

I joined awhile back with every intention of becoming a real player in my market but as with many life gets in the way.

Players of damaged team was so furious that they burned down one Chinese restaurant (they thought that he is Chinese referee) :)And penalty for Brazil is not the only thing that he did wrong. 

I will focus on investing and happily pay A players to handle the details, that is the way that I have found works best in business.
