newbie from Howell, MI

Hi all,

Allow to reintroduce myself my name is Jeff Warfield. I live in Howell, MI. Its been some time since I was last on this site. I joined awhile back with every intention of becoming a real player in my market but as with many life gets in the way. Now ready to get back in the saddle and really put the time and effort needed to make things happen. I'm a newbie to real estate investing but I found that starting in wholesaling best suits me for the time being. Of course I don't want it to be my be all end all. I most certianly would like to move to bigger and better things in this venture hopefully create some good connections/relationships in my market and make some real money along way.
