Steven, It is a little late for me to give an intelligent answer.  

When you have unknown unknowns, you can not assess or quantify variables that may or may not be applicable, not until we have intelligent software that can think like we do.

It's not that hard, just takes some time and average intelligence. :)    

Or even worse insult my intelligence by saying my partner did not think it was a good deal.

We are both reasonably intelligent and certainly no strangers to hard work.

Steve NA  obviously your intelligent enough to amass your portfolio.. and if your not willing to sell it or borrow against it.

He said "if you don't like the book, give it to someone more intelligent than you are, and i'm sure they'll love it." 

I am a very intelligent, outgoing person, very respectful and very considerate of others--it's the way I was brought up.I am open to all suggestions, recommendations and input, and I am happy and fortunate to have found and to be a part of this website.

I wanted to reach out and say hey.I read Rich Dad Poor Dad a couple months ago and have been learning a ton about investing and increasing my "financial intelligence".
