After the "I'll evict you on Xmas because I’m such a harda**” post, the two 100+ reply threads on “college is good, college is for the sheeple”, and the “should I rent to a felon” thread that morphed into a debate about nature of the criminal justice system in the US, it seems that we have strayed from our roots as a REAL ESTATE forum where people talk and learn about REAL ESTATE related issues to a venue for real estate investors to espouse their world views on any number of given topics that are at best tangentially related to real estate.

really don't know. but it will have some impact on resturants and other venues during game times.. as I would think less folks come to the games.. remember we sports fans are front runners or band wagon or what ever if the team is no good people don't come and that leads to a ripple effect..
