Hi I am looking for insights on best locations to invest in near downtown Austin, that will get me a good return from renting or Airbnb.

Also how do I use equity from my current home to purchase a new place? I just bought my first single family home in Avery Ranch, and looking for strategies to use this home to buy more properties. I am still a newbie to this, thanks for the help!

If you have a large amount of equity in your home then you can use that to purchase more properties. I believe you can pull out 70-75% LTV unless you are going with private money.
